材質說明

背綿：采用冷發泡定型綿，密度高達55公斤/米3。
座綿：采用海綿+鋼架+橡皮筋一體發泡成型(加厚)，密度高達60公斤/米3。
座、背外殼：采用優質多層板熱壓成型，并面壓實木皮。
布料：采用優質麻絨。(BJ-9228椅座、椅背拉線定位并加墊絲光綿)
扶手框架及站腳：采用3mm厚優質鋼板沖壓焊接成型，經打磨、除銹、防氧化、靜電噴粉、高溫鋦爐等工序處理。
扶手蓋：采用進口原木加工成形。
側板：采用ABS壓注成型，面覆海綿和麻絨，并采用活動式扣釘，易于拆裝。
回復機構：采用重力回復機構，不存在故障，持久耐用。
地爆螺絲：采用不銹鋼內六角膨脹螺絲。
特別說明：扶手框長度為470mm，更符合人體工程學，并使及扶手蓋打開無障礙。
可選配件說明
1）寫字板：采用高密度板，面壓防火板；連接橫條為鋁合金壓注成型。
2）加強型連接結構：在背包下面裝有加強橫管，椅座的受力點作用在橫管上，較之傳統座椅的受力點在椅背底部的海綿上更為耐用、牢固
3）布料：可根據客戶要求進行3M(防潮、防塵、防污)處理。
4）前置、后置杯架：采用PP壓注成型。
5）號碼、行碼牌：采用夜光或鋁合金材質。

Specifications

Back Cotton: cold foaming shaping sponge with a density as high as 55 kg / m 3.

Block Sponge: The sponge + steel + rubber band foam molding body (thicker), density of up to 60 kg / m 3.

Seat, back shell: high quality multilayer compression molding, and surface compaction veneer.

Fabric: high quality hemp. (BJ-9228 the seat, pull back and padded mercerized cotton positioning)
